Introduction to Khajani Welfare Society
Khajani Welfare Society is a non-governmental organization empowering women, inmates, and underprivileged communities through skill development, cultural preservation, and inclusive education across Brij Bhoomi since 2007.
We strive to create sustainable opportunities with dignity, ensuring that every woman and marginalized individual gains access to resources, skills, and social empowerment.
Our programs are rooted in community participation, aiming to blend heritage with progress through skill training, health awareness, and environmental responsibility.
Khajani’s mission-driven projects span education, wellness, and livelihood—impacting over 50,000 families across 152 villages in Uttar Pradesh.

Government Partnerships
Khajani Welfare Society works in strategic partnership with various government missions and ministries to expand the scale and reach of its empowerment programs. These collaborations support skill training, entrepreneurship, cultural preservation, and pro-poor tourism across the Brij region.
UPSDM aims to train all eligible youth in the 14–35 age group across sectors by offering certified skill development programs. Through this partnership, Khajani has successfully provided employability-oriented vocational training to thousands of rural women and youth.
The Uttar Pradesh Pro-Poor Tourism Development Project focuses on increasing tourism-related benefits for local communities. Khajani contributed by training artisans in traditional Brij crafts like Radha-Krishna poshak and Sanjhi art — reviving heritage and generating livelihood.
MSME provides multiple entrepreneurship and skill development programs. With their support, Khajani trains rural women in business skills, enabling them to become micro-entrepreneurs in beauty, tailoring, handicrafts, and eco-products.
