Years of Empowerment

Project Brij-Sangini:

Project Brij-Sangini is a comprehensive initiative focused on promoting community health and well-being through the organization of health check-up camps and blood donation drives.

🩺 Health Check-up Camps:

The project aims to organize two dedicated health check-up camps focused on women and the broader community. Each camp is designed to serve 75 women, with a total outreach of 150 women. The goal is to promote preventive healthcare and increase awareness of women’s health issues, enabling early intervention and healthier communities.

🩸 Blood Donation Drives:

Two blood donation camps are conducted under this initiative, each aiming to collect 30 units of blood. The program mobilizes donors and promotes the importance of voluntary blood donation, contributing to emergency medical needs and saving lives.

Together, these efforts strengthen access to basic healthcare and build a culture of health awareness, altruism, and community solidarity.

Khajani’s strategic four-step process includes mobilization, training, placement, and post-placement support, ensuring candidates are not only skilled but also seamlessly integrated into the workforce. Beyond vocational training, the organization emphasizes personal development by imparting basic English, digital literacy, and life skills.

With over 20,000 candidates trained, Khajani Welfare Society has made a substantial impact, transforming lives and communities. Its success stories illustrate the power of education and empowerment, turning individuals facing limited opportunities into active contributors to society.

Health is Hope, Health is Power

Through check-ups and blood drives, Brij-Sangini ensures that health isn’t a privilege — it’s a priority. By reaching underserved women and mobilizing life-saving donors, we build a more aware and healthier Brij.

Project Brij-Seva:

Project Brij-Seva is a multi-faceted initiative designed to serve and uplift the community through various seasonal and social service activities.

Jal Seva Camp (Akshay Tritiya to Nirjala Ekadashi):

On the occasion of Nirjala Ekadashi, Brij-Seva organizes Jal Seva camps offering water and refreshment to passersby braving the intense summer heat. This compassionate gesture promotes community care and brings relief during the scorching weather.

Plantation Drives:

Brij-Seva conducts two plantation drives annually, each aiming to plant 51 trees. This effort supports environmental conservation and encourages locals to participate in sustainable practices, restoring biodiversity and greenery.

Daan Utsav (Makar Sankranti):

Each year on Makar Sankranti, Khajani celebrates the spirit of giving by distributing food, clothing, and essentials to the underprivileged. Donation camps are also held for disaster-affected communities, helping them recover and rebuild.

These simple yet impactful activities foster empathy, environmental responsibility, and social harmony across Brij.

We promote personal and economic progress, enhance social health, set goals in life, and raise awareness about social issues. The aim is not only academic improvement but also to prepare these girls for a more empowered and aware future.

Women engage in the delicate art of freehand painting, delve into the intricacies of mehndi and nail art, and enhance their digital literacy skills. The curriculum extends beyond artistic pursuits to encompass essential life skills, including personal grooming and cooking.

Each participant becomes a canvas for their newfound talents, painting a brighter and more self-reliant future. These initiatives not only hone artistic abilities but also foster a sense of community, encouraging women to support and uplift each other. The impact resonates far beyond the confines of the training room, contributing to a wave of empowered individuals who carry their skills, confidence, and camaraderie into the broader tapestry of life.

Seva That Connects Hearts & Roots

Whether it’s offering water in the heat, planting life into the earth, or sharing with the needy — Brij-Seva revives the spirit of Brij through meaningful actions rooted in compassion.

Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine Program :

Khajani Welfare Society impacts over 8,000 lives annually by addressing healthcare needs in 152 villages through initiatives like the installation of sanitary napkin vending machines and insulators in schools.

These machines improve women’s health, dignity, and empowerment. Additionally, educational programs on menstrual hygiene help reduce stigma and increase awareness among adolescent girls and rural women.

Health camps under this initiative also include services such as immunizations and maternal care. The overall aim is to integrate education with health solutions and foster long-term community well-being.

By ensuring easy and discreet access to sanitary products, Khajani helps reduce school absenteeism and dropout rates among girls, allowing them to pursue their education confidently and without interruption.
