Project Brij-Anshuman:

Khajani is committed to empowering inmates by providing them with opportunities to learn new skills and respectfully earn a livelihood. Our organization offers training in various fields such as:

  • Poshak Making of Thakur Ji (April 2019 – October 2019)

  • Gel & Wax Candle Making (September 2019 – October 2019)

  • Bags and Cotton Masks Making (March 2020 – October 2021)

  • PPE Kit Manufacturing (May 2020 – October 2021)

  • Beauty & Wellness Training (June 2022 – August 2022)

  • Sanjhi Art Training (September 2022 – December 2022)

The profits generated from the sale of products made by trainees go directly into their bank accounts, enabling them to save money for their future after release.

At Khajani, we ensure that the fate of the prisoners does not haunt their present or future. Our programs give them the skills and knowledge required to rebuild their lives with self-satisfaction, financial security, and dignified hope.

From Confinement to Confidence

Project Brij-Anshuman transforms prison walls into classrooms of opportunity — where rehabilitation meets skill-building. With every stitched mask or poured candle, inmates reclaim dignity and rebuild purpose.

Project Brij-Surabhi:

Project Brij-Surabhi encompasses two distinct divisions, each aimed at addressing crucial issues within the Brij region:

🐄 1. Saving Unproductive Cows:

Under this division, the Khajani Welfare Society is dedicated to the care and welfare of unproductive cows in Brij. While addressing their well-being, we also empower the local community by training them to create traditional items using cow dung — including 10,000 diyas and 250 Lakshmi-Ganesh idols.

These activities not only support cow welfare but also create sustainable economic opportunities for rural artisans.

🌸 2. Temple Waste Management:

This division focuses on transforming floral temple waste into useful, eco-friendly products like dhoopbatti, agarbatti, sambrani cups, itra, and handmade paper. Through structured 10-day training sessions, participants learn to convert waste into value while promoting environmental responsibility.

The initiative is mentored by Mrs. Hema Malini Ji (MP) and has created significant livelihood and sustainability impact in the region.

We promote personal and economic progress, enhance social health, set goals in life, and raise awareness about social issues. The aim is not only academic improvement but also to prepare these girls for a more empowered and aware future.

Women engage in the delicate art of freehand painting, delve into the intricacies of mehndi and nail art, and enhance their digital literacy skills. The curriculum extends beyond artistic pursuits to encompass essential life skills, including personal grooming and cooking.

Each participant becomes a canvas for their newfound talents, painting a brighter and more self-reliant future. These initiatives not only hone artistic abilities but also foster a sense of community, encouraging women to support and uplift each other. The impact resonates far beyond the confines of the training room, contributing to a wave of empowered individuals who carry their skills, confidence, and camaraderie into the broader tapestry of life.
